Description
The New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science paleontology collection contains over 80,000 cataloged Items. The strengths of the collection include the fauna and flora of the Kinney Brick Pennsylvanian Lagerstätten, Permian trackways and traces, Triassic tetrapods, Late Cretaceous invertebrates and reptiles, Paleocene mammals and reptiles, and Neogene mammals.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 85,292 records.
